How do I send resources to my second city? I have my market built up as large as it will go in my capitol, now need to sedn resources over to my new city. Please help.

The receiving city needs a marketplace lvl 1 to be able to receive a trade.

So you need to upgrade the wooden castle to the castle, then build and upgrade a stable to lvl 2 and then you can upgrade a warehouse from lvl3 to marketplace lvl1.
